How Long Is The Program?
This program is for 4 months
(12 June 2024 - 11 Oct 2024, as stated in the respective offer letter).
First month – Training
The second month to the fourth month - Work while being trained (on the job training)
Will I get EPF and SOCSO contributions?
Yes. The contribution will be deducted and calculated from the basic salary notified in your offer letter.
If there is no EPF & SOCSO account, Dattel will register an EPF & SOCSO account for the Participant/Employee.
What is the dress code for this program?
You are encouraged to dress "smart and casual." It is not allowed to dress conspicuously ("sleeveless, pants or short skirts, slippers, hats, torn jeans). Formal attire is encouraged but not required.

Will I be provided with a laptop?
Sorry, No laptop will be provided.
Will the sessions in this program change places ?
Yes. After the participant/employee is placed with our partner after the training, the location may change (near the location of the participant / employee).
Do I have to come to office to follow this program?
Yes. This program should be conducted on campus, where everyone is an employee of Dattel Sdn Bhd, and attendance on campus is encouraged. Participants and employees who live in the Klang Valley area (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya) are required to attend the campus. Only participants or employees who get permission from the Secretariat can follow this program online (online, remote, or work from home). Attendance will be recorded, and disciplinary action as per procedure will be taken if any participant or employee is found not following instructions.

How is attendance taken?
Dattel will provide information from time to time regarding attendance.
Will I be assessed?

I don't have or have a problem with a bank account; can I use my mother's, father's, wife's, husband's, or sister's bank account?
Can't. You must open a new bank account before June 30, 2024, for salary matters. Dattel will help provide a letter to the bank for the purpose of opening a bank account. Please contact the Secretariat for more information.
How will the program be run?
This program will be run as a Hybrid. For participants/employees who are in the Klang Valley area (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya), you are required to attend the Campus/Office (onsite). For participants who are outside the Klang Valley area, you will follow this program online.
After the end of the training session, (10-14 days) participants/employees will be placed with our partners who are close to your area. The work/participation session with the partner may change, i.e. online, present at the partner's office (onsite) or hybrid.
Those who do not get a place with a partner will continue with us
Do I have to attend the campus / office on June 12, 2024, for the kick-off program and the training or course in this program ?
a. Participants/Employees who live in the Klang Valley area (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya) are required to attend the office for the "Kick Off" Program as well as Training/Program Courses. Only participants/employees who have received permission from the Secretariat can follow this program online. Attendance will be recorded and disciplinary action as per procedure will be taken if any Participant/Employee is found not following instructions.

Will our wages be cut?
As you are aware (as stated in the offer letter), Dattel reserves the right to make a salary deduction if there is any issue closely related to salary.
